Successful Innovative Consultancy in Agricultural Development

We recognize that the financial sector remains an integral part of the economy. The last two decades have witnessed rapid expansion of this sector, a bulk of which had actualized through technology and/or alternate delivery channels.

This unprecedented expansion has brought new possibilities both in terms of financial inclusion and financial service expansion. But this highly regulated sector coupled with ecosystem enablers often presents overwhelming complexities when it comes to unfolding these opportunities.

In order to unpack and translate these complexities to opportunities, through either advancing financial inclusion or expanding financial services or both, we adopt a multi-perspective approach.

While this multi-perspective approach is tailored for individual engagements, it usually consists of demand side, supply side, regulatory bodies/ policies and ecosystem enablers.

Demand side perspective informs us of the financial behavior of our target segments. Financial diary, ethnographic research, and/or large-scale survey inform our baseline study.Our supply side research consists stakeholder consultations through key informant interviews, workshops, and/or design sessions for in-depth understanding of capabilities and willingness to pursue recommended measures/ solutions.We adopt a similar method when it comes to regulatory bodies/ policies and ecosystem enablers.
